MAISON BAO is exclusively for adults. This decision, linked to the layout of the premises, guarantees an environment conducive to relaxation. Due to this configuration, the house is not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Your hosts Marie and Emmanuel, passionate about the art of entertaining, have created BAO HOUSE to offer their guests a unique experience. Their commitment is reflected in every detail, creating a warm and refined atmosphere to make you feel at home.
Their dog Scott keeps a discreet eye on the place. He lives in another part of the house, out of sight, to respect the peace and privacy of the guests. Due to his presence, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate other pets. Please also note that MAISON BAO is exclusively reserved for its guests. It is not possible to invite outsiders.

Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
The welcome products are by Terre de Mars: organic, natural care products made in France, presented in eco-designed containers.
Household linen is renewed at a rate adapted to the length of the stay, with a view to ensuring comfort and conserving resources.
Selective sorting, composting and simple everyday gestures enable us to limit our environmental impact.
As far as possible, the products served at the BAO HOUSE and the BAO TABLE come from short, organic or artisanal circuits.
A recharging point for 100% electric vehicles is available on reservation, at the price of our subscription.
Our services
The heated swimming pool
The swimming pool is heated from the first fine days of spring until the end of summer, or even the beginning of autumn, depending on how mild the nights are. Treated with salt, the water is softer on the skin and eyes. Comfortable deckchairs with mattresses are laid out around the pool, giving each guest a private space in which to relax, as well as towels specially reserved for this purpose.

Ayurvedic massages
With Nathalie, enjoy an Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, an energetic treatment that combines gentleness and relaxation. Her professional approach guarantees you a soothing and rejuvenating moment.
Massages take place in our wellness gazebo during the summer season, and in your room the rest of the year.

If you want to explore the magnificent cycle paths in and around La Londe-les-Maures, you can hire bikes from us. These routes, accessible to all, will allow you to discover the region at your own pace, in a natural and peaceful setting. Reservations can be made on arrival or during your stay, and we will be delighted to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of this experience.

privatisation of the house
Although Maison BAO does not have a private car park, free parking spaces are available all around the house. The village is quiet and easy to get to. When you arrive, Marie and Emmanuel will guide you to the ideal parking spot.
Marie and Emmanuel can arrange a transfer from Toulon or Hyères train stations, as well as from Toulon-Hyères airport. This service is available on request and is organised on a personalised basis: please contact us by private message.
The Maison BAO can be made private, whether for a stay with friends, a family get-together or a special event. The hosts remain on site to ensure discreet and attentive service. As each request is unique, please contact us.
